Initially I ordered the wrong items, so emailed Cartridge people. They phoned back quickly and I ordered the correct items over the phone. The return process was initiated. I had a query and then a follow up, both of which were dealt with efficiently by Alison.

Had a problem with the supplied cartridge (never had problem before)
Called and spoke to Wiki who promptly sent out a replacement...all good now ! :-)

Great customer service by Gemma who resolved the query about my order very quickly. Polite friendly and courteous. Will definitely buy from them again.

Spoke to Sam in Office Supplies today and he proved so very patient, helpful and knowledgeable about your products - and bless him he did not give up on me as I am not very computer savvy and found and ordered all the products that I required - thank you Sam - now I can prepare my all important presentation with the maximum of confidence on the right eqipment - staff always reliable like their products - Thank you Sam - Yvonne ilsley

Had a problem with the new cartridges so did chat with Liouse explained the situation she instigated a refund as I had already ordered another set of cartridges

On 17Jul26, I contacted Cartridge People because of a new own brand ink cartridge which was faulty.
There was a warning on the website that email cover was limited this afternoon because of a staff celebration, so I was prepared to hear nothing until after the weekend.
I was really thrilled to receive a response from Sheree within 2 hours!
In that time, she had organised for a replacement cartridge to be issued and despatched to the courier.
The replacement cartridge arrived the following day, along with some teabags and a recycling envelope.

I'm really impressed with the customer service I received. I had some trouble with my delivery as it got lost by Evri, so I emailed customer services and received a really quick response. Phil was especially helpful and arranged for my parcel to be reordered, even though it was quite an expensive order. I then had further problems with Evri and the reordered parcel. I was then was given the option of a refund or having it sent again with a different delivery company, which I really appreciated. DPD then delivered the parcel within 24 hours. Overall, I'm very impressed with the service they provided and how easy they made the whole process, despite the delivery issues.

Liam was extremely helpful and professional and processed my order efficiently. He was polite, knowledgeable and gave me some good advice on other products available like copier paper- which I ordered!

Chris went above and beyond to sort out problems with a delivery that were DPD's fault, not Cartridge People's. He was so caring and helpful on the phone, it restored my faith in customer service. Great service, great products and great prices. I strongly recommend.

Really impressed with Cartridge People! I had an issue that needed resolving and Marianne on the customer service team sorted it straight away. Quick, efficient and lovely on the phone. Great customer service all round. On top of that, my order arrived next day despite being sent on 48-hour tracked delivery, which was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second purchase I have placed with Cartridge People. Their own branded label tapes for label printers are a great price and really good quality. No need to purchase more expensive branded ones. The delivery was very speedy too!
I had an IT problem so emailed Cartridge People. Liam promptly emailed me to provide me with details of how to resolve the issue (which actually was my dippy mind getting my email address incorrect). His communication was clear and friendly and was extremely quick at getting back to me. Great customer service! Thank you Liam!

Great customer service when I had a problem with a cartridge. George was very patient in sorting out what we could do to fix it and ultimately organising a refund with no fuss. All this despite a gap of several months between me reporting the problem and concluding it couldn’t be fixed.

HP have apparently updated their firmware, and as a result the Cartridge People's compatible cartridges refused to work. Gemma was very helpful and sent out replacements immediately., arrived the next day. Unfortunately these were also rejected by the printer. Louise was also very helpful and arranged for new HP cartridges to be sent out to me, and also gave me instructions on turning off the printer's auto-updating, hopefully avoiding further issues.
Both Gemma and Louise responded immediately and helpfully and are to be commended for the customer service

I have used Cartridge People for manyyearsand have had the most excellent service . I We have two computers, one is principally for writing music and correspondence. I am losing my sight but try to continue in my musical interests and use far more ink than most, particularly as large notes are ""thirsty". On only two occasions cartridges have had problems and they were replaced instantly. The second computer is for my wife who is a botanical artist and the refilled cartridges by Cartridge People are equal to the original colour cartridges and so much less expensive. The quality of both goods and service I have rarely seen in my long experience.

This is such a good company to order ink from, not only do they generally offer a good price they are quick to sort out any issues. I would like to thank Marianne for sorting out an issue I recently had - first class service

Received my delivery, the package had clearly been opened and two of the items were missing. I took pictures and emailed the Cartridge People, they despatched the missing items straight away.

I ordered an Epson replacement cartridge which I hoped would be shipped promptly. However, before it was dispatched, I received an email telling that they had been trying to call me with a special offer. I do not want a special offer - I want the item I ordered shipped. Do they not realize that when you place an order, you want the order shipped, not to be disturbed with offers? My first and last order with this company.

I had a query about my printer not working. After a few ideas they decided they would replace the ink . In less than 24 hours I had new replacement inks, also an apologie and a few Yorkshire tea bags to have a drink on them. I have used these people for a long time, I do not use a lot of ink, but this really felt an excellent outcome. I shall continue to buy from them. Thank You to them.

I purchased Original HP Toners. But before they arrived I was offered compatible cartridges at a cheaper price. The quality was not what I was expecting. So they were returned and I purchased the cartridges I ordered in the first place. I had some issues but they were resolved by George. Would definitely purchase from Cartridge People again
