I bought a non-genuine toner cartridge that didn't work. This wasn't a surprise as they mentioned all the risks and the chance that sometimes non-genuine items dont always work. I reached out and submitted a faulty item form thing outside of business hours. They were prompt and understanding and sent me another one and arrived within 2 business days no questions asked. They didn't even ask me to send back the faulty one! Highly recommended!
