We used them for 2 years but their customer support is terrible. We discovered that the inventory sync from our Warehouse system to Prestashop had broken down. We alerted them to this issue. They were not able to fix it inside a decent time interval (around 9-10 days, I believe).
We lost patience and switched over to Order Desk.
We've worked with Cartrover for years -since we were a small amazon store. Now that its been combined with some other products (or maybe acquired?) - there is noticeable focus on supporting integrations and updating their UI. This partnership has been at the center of our tech stack for years (can connect to the most platforms) and will continue to be part of our success in the future.
I had been using Cartrover to track my inventory between quickbooks and Etsy for nearly 2 years. Everything was fine until I saw a charge from Etsy for almost $2,000 when I would normally be getting a payout for that amount!
Come to find out, Cartrover has a flaw in its system where it repeatedly tries to count the inventory to make adjustments for purchases. When integrated with Etsy, if the inventory is sold out, you will get CHARGED a re-listing fee hundreds of times in a day! I was charged nearly $4,000 in fees due to this glitch.
Extremely disappointed that this is even possible to happen. Cart rover did not accept responsibility even though it was their systems fault. I do not recommend this company! 0 stars
Very good product and excellent price. A little bit challenging to setup but had no issues getting support when needed. The price is less than 1/2 of what we paid before we found CartRover.
Product is great as long as you can figure out how to use without an hiccups. Support is terrible.
I think it's a very good service. However, the response times and feedback on customization are very slow. If one person is out of the office, it appears as though nobody else can look into certain issues.

Our other products have different support than CartRover and I'm not aware of customizations or delays with your CartRover account. We strive for quick turnaround with CartRover support, but I cannot speak to support with other services.
