Absolutely rubbish service, taking booking to tell you upon arrival that they can’t take you in. No apologies, no offer to rebook etc. Only heard the guy complaining that he lost like 300£ quid because of overbooking. Used to be good but now beware and don’t waste your time. Outrageous service.

had some problems with paying via my credit card, but it turned out that there were malfunctions in the bank.

If you've got a soft top that needs a specialist clean to keep the mould at bay during the wet winter months, this is the number one place to go. Not many car wash places do this but Colin and his team always do an excellent job and even purchased specialist cleaning products without charging me extra.I recently needed some bodywork repairs done on the driver door (my fault) and the wing mirror on that side of the car. Colin was the obvious place to go to. I was so impressed because not only did they do an excellent repair job but they also pulled out a couple of minor dents on the same side of the car without me even asking and never charged me! The car came back immaculate inside and out. I highly recommend this place knowing that I don't have to worry about a bad job.

Left car to be cleaned whilst I worked with Wharfside car valet.

Car clean when I returned but mysteriously also scratched. One staff member confirmed scratches weren't there when he checked the car post clean, of course; he called his colleague who advised scratches weren't there when he cleaned the car, of course.

So complete denial, pretty easy for them as no proof either way. Trying to get cctv from the car park.

From time on ticket car had been returned to car park by them less than half an hour before I collected it & was in their sight at all times. Very disappointed. Now need to get car repaired.

Guess who I won't be using for car washes or other services ever again.
