Absolutely shocking never even did the work we have taken legal action! Me and my family are absolutely gutted you are heartless

Ordered a chair 1st December, no contact from Casa as to when I'd receive delivery.
I emailed on the 6th and had a reply from Anwar saying they had some "warehouse and staff challenges" and I'd get the chair that week.

Another 10 days go by and I've heard nothing. So I email again and get no response. Now their website has gone and there's no answer on the phone.. The mobile number on Anwar's email is also missing a digit, so no chance of contact there.

Extremely disappointing..

The chair finally turned up over a month after I placed the order.. very poor comms from Casa and DHL

Anwar was very nice and very quick to answer all questions through mail.
The chair is in excellent condition and I looks brand new.
I would recommend this place if you are in need of a great chair.

I very rarely write reviews but I wanted to leave a note since the service I received from Anwar was exceptional from start to finish - a connsumate professional who was incredibly personable throughout! I am lucky enough to live close to the warehouse and Anwar kindly offered for me to visit, make sure the chair was appropriate for my needs etc. prior to purchase. I really cannot recommend Casa Contracts and Anwar enough. I will certainly reach out to him for all future office furniture needs..! Thank you Anwar.

I had a very nice phonecall with the owner Anwar. He seemed very professional and answerd all the questions i had. I can only recommend this company even if you are outside the UK he will try to find a way to deliver it to you in a timely manner.

Classy item, timeless design of a conference folding table, perfect condition of all mechanical parts and laminates. The most professional vendor I can imagine. Possibility of ordering fast shipment to locations outside the UK. I can recommend this e-shop as the best place for the purchase of the modern classic of office furniture.

I can't recommend Casa Contracts highly enough - outstanding product quality and customer service. I did a lot of research and I don't think you can get a better service or quality for the price. The team are very trustworthy and reliable. I bought an office chair that came with a gas cylinder that was a little to high and the team were very happy to change this for me. Highly recommend.

Purchased my home office furniture from this company. Including a sit stand desk, pedestal and Steelcase chair . Products were in amazing condition and exactly as promised. I have recently purchased a used (in great condition) Aeron Classic C size chair from casacontracts and I couldn't be happier! Had an issue with my chair and I didn't want to risk breaking anything. Had a video chat with anwar who helped me resolve my issues at 8pm. I've never seen such a good customer service. Earlier, he also helped me minimize costs as I was shipping to outside of the UK. I can not recommend this seller enough and will definitely suggest it to my coworkers, friends, and familly.

I've bought a number of chairs from casa contracts, and they've always delivered! Great supplier of very high quality chairs.

Goods are in very good condition, customer service and support are excellent. Shipment to Germany took almost 4 weeks as the goods got stuck in German customs. Due to Brexit regulations I had to pay sales import tax, custom fees and additional administration charges.

I bought a Stealcase Please V1 chair from Casa Contracts just before Christmas as a present for my wife. I needed something in tip top condition but could not afford the full £800. Sadly the v1 chair went out of stock and Anwar quickly offered some alternatives. At no extra cost he delivered to me a V2 model by special courier on Christmas Eve. My wife loves the chair and I love Anwar!!
Top man who really knows his office equipment, has tons of high quality client focus and most of all has more integrity than many business people I have dealt with. Thank you Anwar.
