Still no response

Still no response and no way to leave a review on their website, with all less positive airbnb reviews being responded to in a way that seemingly denies any and all accountability.

Listed on airbnb as ‘NEW! Spacious villa with Private pool + Games room’ in Praia da Luz hosted by ‘casa da Praia algarve’.

We didn’t book through airbnb as they encouraged us to book through their website for cheaper rates and ‘financial protection’ (of which there was none as the only way they accepted payment was via direct bank transfer).

The owners were unresponsive to our…

The owners were unresponsive to our queries. The villa was advertised as having air-conditioning. Two of the rooms only had floor fans.
The garden was rather overgrown. The thermostat on the oven didn't work. The swimming pool was great although some of the plastic sun loungers were cracked and the cushions were rather stained.
