Great service
Great service, fast delivery and great communication. One of the books was out of stock and they messaged me informing me they will send the other one when in stock, charging only the one they sent.

I got the wrong cover on my book
I got the wrong cover on my book. I especially ordered from this website to get the matching cover for the rest of the series that I already had at home, but when the book arrived there was the wrong cover which was not shown on their website. Additionally it took a long time to receive it about 3 weeks and it is also highly overpriced compared to different websites.

overpaid to not get a delivery
I paid a lot more in this store because they said they will deliver it in a day. Today is the second day of waiting and by contacting their chat agent it was impossible to get assistance. Was rude and unprofessional.
Overall price = ridiculous. Delivery time = scam!. Support assistance = better talk with AI.
Completely disspaointed.

Straight forward, prompt correspondence, was having problems with the courier service at one point, they got back very quickly, but we resolved the issue ourselves in the end.
