Such great customer service
Such great customer service. I received my as-described tap very quickly but sadly it didnt suit our needs. When it came to returning the tap, they answered promptly, picked it up the next day and issued the refund. Really trustworthy and hassle-free!

What a refreshing experience. Human communication, great service. From the moment I placed this order I received emails from Andy explaining exactly what was happening with my order. I made a silly mistake and ordered the wrong tap, and Andy sorted it out without quibble. Puts other companies to shame.
