very unprofessional realestate agency
We have experienced two very bad performances and severe mistakes made by this same real estate. The first was with our rental house for which we thrusted the real estate of proper handling. The renter left the house without payment of the last month. The renter delivered the keys to the real estate without any inspection of the house and condition of the expencive furniture by the real estate.
Resulting in many missing and damged items never paid and repaired by the renter.The even solen the curtains can you imagine !! The last month rent which was not paid we reporten early to casasolution that we did not received it but no any proper action was ever taken. we lost a month rent and an approx 1000 usd on damages and repaisr on the house not even mentioned the missing items as per our inventory list.
Casa solution excuse ,we dont have you inventory list anymore casa solution lost our inventory list.
There is never been any inspection of our house.the keys handling was not on the property. unbelievable !
After this drama the 2nd new renter received the keys from ??? and received the keys without payment of any usd or guarantee on the bank he just occupied our house, no payment and after we discovered that he was throwing furniture and lamps and plates due to probaly drug/alcohol problems we needed to pay a lawyer to get the guy out of our house and we were the ones to repair all these damages. casasolution did not received any rent for a month no guarantee. these are huge errors of casa solution.
They never gave a proper response other than excuses for the damages suffered. our house is now with a real estate who checks the costumers creditbility an let them pay the guarantee and rent before handling over the keys. these are basic things to do with a house from owners who are not in panama to check all these matters.After the rental period the house should get inspected, and the guaratee gets used in casa items are damaged or missing.be very carefull with this real estate as later the blaim even the owners to escape their resposibility. Casasolution claims they have good performances and if i read them is obvious these are made by casa solution themselves to level up the real estate , this is anyhow in near future prohited.
