Ordered a 1560 and lid organiser on Friday before 12:00.
Received an email that said the order was processing.
I tried to call them on Friday afternoon to see if the order had been despatched - no answer - they seem to close at 2pm.
No further email was received advising of tracking number or order status.
Sent an email - no reply.
Called Monday morning - left a message and no reply.
Case was delivered on Monday direct from Peli. I wasn't advised of a tracking number or if the delivery was going to be on Monday.
I'll be requiring 3-4 more Peli cases in the next couple of months - I won't be buying from these people.

Camera equipment protection
I needed a case for my camera equipment for an overseas assignment. I ordered it from Case Depot. I found the site very user friendly and informative. When I rang for some information about my order I found their responsiveness extremely friendly and helpful. My order arrived within 24 hours. Excellent customer service!

I've been pondering a Peli Case 1510 for my camera gear for a long time now and after reading many online reviews, I found just what I was looking for at Case Depot with free next day delivery. Peli Cases aren't cheap, but if you compare them to your usual camera backpack at around £80 for anything good, you can't really argue at the price. Granted it's not as portable but I can now keep all my gear in the boot of my car in the knowledge that it's well protected.
