Great ship times - generally one day. Service/Customer service is pretty responsive, very good. All in all a very reputable store, love buying here with some of the sales going on.

A zero isn’t an available rating

A zero isn’t an available rating, sadly.

I have been trying to reach these guys for well over two weeks now to buy a couple of systems for my wife and me. I’ve tried their customer service, info email, social media accounts, the works.

Complete and utter radio silence for a full week. After a week I got a single email reply that some of my listed components have gone out of stock since I submitted my list. Infuriating enough as that is, I bedgrudgingly submitted an updated list.

Been over a week since then. No response whatsoever to a desire to spend used car money on their stuff.

Do NOT do business with these folks, because they do NOT want your money.

5/5 Kings Mod Service

I configured a gaming pc at Caseking and they delivered a real 10/10 beauty. Works absolutely perfect and the price was also extremely good compared to competitors

Updated review, still wouldn't recommend

Edit: I believe that in the light of my experience with them, this review deserves an update.
The support person with whom I communicated initially stopped responding and that definitely doesn't help their image. Either because most people might give up since the process is not easy for non technical people who have to deal with a wall of silence or..any other reason.
A few things remain clear though:
- They are not ready for international markets
- No automated email received with order information or invoice, not sure how legal this is in EU
- Clear shipping tracking is not available, no tracking code unless you ask
- No payment method specified on return invoice, also not sure how legal this is in EU
To be fair the person from the complaints department was more helpful than the support person.
I did receive my purchase ammount but it was a rather slow process altogether.
I still wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them if you're not in Germany, and if you are, I still can't recommend it because I don't plan on driving to purchase from a business which treats customers so recklessly and shows no intention to improve its practices because its easier to ignore a customer and hope they give up.

Informative and helpful with excellent customer support

I am always very satisfying by the knowledge shared by the staff at CaseKing. This is especially helpful when something goes wrong. From friendly advice shared in the Berlin store to their quick and accurate support via e-mail I've always felt they take pride in their work and want you to enjoy your purchases to the fullest.

I'm very grateful we have a store like this in Europe.

Great selection of products and fast shipping. If only their finance department can move into 2025 and be more “flexible” and customer centric

Pros
1. Quick shipping using UPS
2. Largest selection of items
3. Well packaged
4. Pricing is not the cheapest neither the most expensive

Cons
1. Very inflexible processs to change an order (even if upgrading a single item on the order). Entire order needs to be cancelled and you need to wait the 5-7 working days to get your refund
2. No store credit or vouchers

3.5 star experience (rounded off to 4)

Faulty GPU - No refund

December 2024 - I bought a GPU in December, to go with a new Windows 11 PC build.
January 2025 - It developed a constant code 43 fault and eventually would not start at all. I returned it. Caseking claimed they could not reproduce the fault and sent it back to me.
February 2025 - I tried it in the new build again, same fault. I put an older GPU in new machine, no fault (and still no fault, over a month later) I tried it in an old Windows 10 PC, same Code 43 fault. I sent it back with video evidence. Caseking again claimed they could not reproduce the error. Offered to send it to manufacturer at my expense.
I told you no, this has gone on long enough and I am entitled to a refund. They claim they are entitled to take months for investigation and sending to the manufacturer due to German law. I point out I am buying from Ireland, so EU law applies. I made a claim through via EU Online Dispute Resolution system. They threatened to charge me stocking fee for holding onto the card in the meantime. They then waited out the 30 days to finally agree to a mediator, which now has up to 90 days to get back to us over a clearly faulty GPU.
That is potentially up to 6 months, €600 spent and still no GPU to show for it.

Ordered a PC for over €4,000

Ordered a PC for over €4,000. It arrived broken. The PC would boot rarely and when it did it would simply hang on a black screen regardless of how long it was left for. Sometimes it would make it to the BIOS screen, other times it would simply turn off. My old PC works fine before they claim its a cabling issue or monitor issue and even connecting directly to the motherboard showed weird artefacts before the whole thing would either loop or crash again.

I ordered this on the 07/02/25, it didn't arrive until 07/03/25 and despite hours of troubleshooting (without their help because they don't answer the phone), it took 9 emails and nearly 15 phone calls across 6 days to finally manage to contact a human being on the phone who struggled to understand the concept of returning a broken PC.

Eventually I had the return labels, the PC was sent to them, it has been in their possession for weeks as of writing this and lo and behold they respond to the first email (the day the PC arrived broken) exactly 26 days later saying "oh we're sorry your PC is broken, gimme some details and I'll get you the return labels" ..right okay.

So here I am, 2 months later to the day still down over €4000 and the PC I paid for and these scam artists have yet to refund me because any phone call that does eventually manage to grace the ears of what can only be described as an almost human being, they state things like "your pc hasn't arrived yet", "it's arrived or at least the motherboard has" (its installed in the PC as is everything else, so I'd hope it arrived), "oh its arrived but not processed yet because our entire team is sick today) and yes that last one I managed to not only get told via phone but I have that response via email, in writing, one of the most spectacular what the **** moments of interacting with this sorry excuse for a company.

To be clear, these are scam artists. They will take your money and then you don't exist to them. I am now left to the tedious process of a chargeback.

Avoid these clowns like the plague. Your money and sanity will thank you for it.

Order Never Arrived and They Ignore All of My Emails

I have placed an order month ago, paid for it via bank transfer, received their confirmation and informed me that item is shipped. After a week, I asked for a tracking number because I expected it should already arrive, and to see where is it... They responded that they cant share tracking number(what??) but they can say it is "on delivery" status. A week passes, I again ask for an update, because at this point it is very late... No response AT ALL. Another week or two passes, I send email to all contacts of support I had on this order, and ZERO replies from ANY of them.
I still haven't received my order nor refund, I am 300€ down and none cares to respond... Don't ever order from these guys, they are scammers 1/1.

Poor customer service

I recently went on the Caseking website to make a purchase and quickly noticed they do not deliver to my country. I contacted them and asked why and their customer service team responded 'Your country is not in the EU' ... so I replied and asked if I, at my own cost and organisation, was sort an independent courier, pay for their services manage my own customs and import taxes etc, literally all they had to do was hand my paid for parcel to my courier.... they just said no.
I get that customs and shipping can be a pain, but how ignorant of them just to say no... clearly they just don't need the custom.
Judging by the other negative reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has not had a good experience with this company......beware.

Great packaging, not too good customer service response time and a bit exaggerated pricing but overall good!

I recently ordered four parts from Caseking, and overall, my experience was positive. The items I selected arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. However, as an international customer, I encountered some challenges with communication due to a delivery delay. Unfortunately, Caseking did not respond to my inquiries, and I had to resolve the issue directly with UPS.

While Caseking offers a solid selection of products, I believe their pricing could be more competitive, as some items feel overpriced. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they provided an option for paid insurance on individual parts for added peace of mind.

Despite these concerns, I am satisfied with my purchase. Improving customer service responsiveness would make the experience even better.

Absurd Pricing, Scalping built in

Their website seems to use some kind of "Surge pricing" that adjusts the prices of products based on demand. Not sure if it's an automated process or something they are doing manually, but I watched the prices of the 9070 XT climb from €712.16, then to €972.43, and it now sits out of stock at €940.81. Similar models in stock that should be close to MSRP are currently sitting at €1144.17.

For reference, the cards US MSRP is $599, so accounting for Tax and currency exchange they should be around €680, and I managed to buy the exact same model elsewhere for €700, so it is just this retailer jacking the prices way up.

Excellent place to buy a gaming PC

Excellent place to buy a gaming PC. The 5 stars is for the after sales care which is excellent. A special thank you to Marie and Albert. I received instant responses to emails and my issues were resolved very quickly. Just to ease others concerns, the issue was a simple one, windows was installed in German instead of English so, make sure you request your language when you order. I would not hesitate to recommend Caseking. The presales process needs some work but this is due to Caseking being very busy. I can assure you, the after sales team are excellent.
