I honestly don’t know how this company expects anyone to successfully complete an application when their entire system is this broken. What should have taken “minutes” turned into two full days of getting nowhere.

I applied yesterday afternoon and have been stuck in a constant loop ever since. I’ve submitted my banking information THREE TIMES, my driver’s license THREE TIMES, and my selfie TWICE—and it still wasn’t enough. Every time something “fails,” you have to start over like nothing was ever submitted.

After jumping through all those hoops, I was finally approved for a loan (around $480)—but even then, the process still didn’t move forward. Nothing actually gets finalized because their system keeps glitching out.

The website itself is a nightmare. Every single time you leave, you have to log back in and go through phone verification again. It’s repetitive, annoying, and completely unnecessary.

Then this morning, it gets even better. I log in, and it tells me they’re still “waiting for my banking information”—which I’ve already submitted multiple times. I click the link they provided, and guess what? The link is already expired, even though it was sent that same day and clearly says I had 24 hours.
Now let’s talk about customer service… or the complete lack of it.

I tried to contact them and couldn’t even get that far. The system forces you to enter your full address—but no matter how you enter it, it won’t accept it. I tried multiple formats, multiple times, and it still fails. So not only is the application broken, but you literally cannot contact support when something goes wrong.
So you’re stuck in a loop:

- System not working
- Documents not saving
- Links expired immediately
- No way to contact anyone

That’s not just bad service—that’s a completely dysfunctional platform.

And let’s be real here—this is a company asking for sensitive personal and banking information, yet they can’t even maintain a functioning website or a basic support system. That’s a huge red flag.

At this point, this has been a total waste of time, unnecessarily stressful, and honestly concerning. Either fix your system or be upfront that it doesn’t work—because right now, this experience is unacceptable from start to finish.

Avoid this company unless you want to spend days going in circles with no results.
