The store contacted you promptly after receiving your initial email on Friday afternoon to apologise and advise that the mark was a harmless cleaning solution residue (diluted bicarbonate of soda in water) that had unfortunately not been fully wiped clean before dispatch and had subsequently dried.
The store also confirmed to you on Friday afternoon that the full cost of return postage would be refunded should you wish to return the laptop to it for a full refund. It continues to await your response and remains ready to assist further if required.

Well what can I say
Well what can I say? Item arrived quickly and reasonably packed but that's where the positives end really. As anyone can only do I went on the provided images, and the images provided simply are not representative of what I received, the game artwork is very poorly reprinted, the case isn't original (by itself not a big deal, but it all adds up), and on top of this the artwork is for the American version of the game yet the cartridge is for the UK release. I would have known these things if proper pictures had been provided but only an image of the case was, which as best as I can remember (there is no way for me to reference the images as they have now disappeared from the Cash Generator website) did not show the very obvious poorly reprinted cover art - it appeared normal, nor were there any images showing the cartridge so one can only surmise the game was the American version, not the hodgepodge mismatch I have received. I will not be using Cash Generator again.

Cash generator Bury, went in to but some new earbuds the staff were polite, friendly and helpful i purchased a pair of galaxy earbuds for £29.99 the store was well lit clean and tidy, they the sales assistant even apologised for the face the earbud case had no charge in the battery would definitely be back to buy more tech.
