Bought a so called cashmere cap the stitches were unbalanced no cohesion at all I was a tailor for 14 years british army. I paid 70 pound for nothing would not recommend at all

Having paid £10 extra for next day delivery I was very disappointed to receive the wrong scarf. I have emailed them and await a response, but seriously you had ONE JOB. One. Just pick the correct scarf off the shelf. The fact that I ordered it for the next day makes the mistake much worse because I’ve paid extra as I’m gifting this to someone tomorrow. I’m left giving them something I don’t even like.

I found it difficult to find plain coloured cashmere scarfs, after some time spent searching I found cashmere choice, and decide on one of their navy scarfs, it arrived quickly and I’m very happy with it, theres nothing like a soft cashmere scarf round your neck on cold winters morning.

Really quick delivery with an email from Cashmere Choice to say they had received my order and it was on the way. I emailed them to say it was a gift and that it may not be the correct choice of colour and could I exchange it if this was the case. No quibble about the this and exchange took place. Really great customer service, why can't all shops be like this!

Easy to place order, transfer payment and to track delivery. Quality of product was as good as it could be and at less half the price compared to local shops.

Very good place to purchase a products of cashmere and wool. Nicely prices, a excellent quality of products.
Two things to improvement: expanding of choosing of products. And possibiity to pay via credit card, not only via Paypal.

At first I did not recognise but after wearing this jacket second time, I found a snag or should I say fray on the back. I am writing from my office. I will send you a photo of it later in a separate mail.
Later I found out it was just knubbed. Since I am not familiar with this type of weaving textile, I misunderstood. Sorry to have disturbed your company image so far. Now I raise my rating here.

The service was prompt and the goods were delivered as expected. I certainly will return to the shop when the need arises and I am keen to recommend it to anyone interested.

I ordered from here 2 weeks before Christmas. Although I paid a little extra for quick delivery, there was a day or 2 delay but this was purely down to royal mail. I contacted the company by email and Charles emailed me back very promptly with my royal mail tracking number so that I could check on the progress. My socks arrived the next day and I was very impressed with the product. I will definitely order from them again and will recommend to others.

My order was received very quickly and well packaged. The delivery note included was a very personal touch - made me feel a valued customer.

The scarf was of excellent quality - very soft to the touch and just the colour I wanted.

When spending 200 GBP on an item of clothing i would have expected that it would be delivered in a suitable presentation case for a gift of this nature and not screwed up in a second hand jiffy bag. Nul points Cashmere Choice, I will certainly not be returning!

I bought a cashmere scarf online, When it arrived only a couple of days later I wasn't happy with the colour I chose. My mistake. Contacted Cashmere Choice and Charles was very helpful and let me swap it for another with no hassles.
