I played Blackjack at The Sun Vegas . I have fibre broadband and hand after hand the dealer was beating me, blackjack so often but worse still when sat confortably on 20 , the dealer was on 14 and there would be a pause and the 7 would then come, then sgain on 16 , pause and a 5 comes, this happened so many times.
I have played many sites for years but this was the first time ever cheated, I recvd a message to speak to support immediately, i did and i was put in queue position 23, i waited my turn and when it got to my turn no one answered and i was put back to position 17 in the queue. When it reached my turn again I was put back to position 13 and this time Gregory joined the chat and he didnt even answer me.
I enailed them immediately saying exactly what i wrote above asking what commission they work under.
They replied after about 3 days and refused to tell me but apologised and said they would investigate. Every few days theyd ask for more info which i answered immediately and they would apologise and say we will resolve it.
Complete and utter rubbish, only time in 20years of playing that its obviously not RNG.
I knew they wouldn't do anything about it and just messed me about for nearly 3 weeks. Please guys choose another casino if you want to play, read the reviews of this site, ( so many awful reviews)Ive complained to higher authority but just wanted to warn as many others as I could .
You may as well put your money on Shergar winning the grand national than play here.
