The support team have always been so great there's not a time where I can't think that was a bad time because they always go above and beyond for me and they always fix the issue most of the time otherwise they try and figure it out or they escalate the situation so it does get fixed they're always polite and proper and well informed and just treat me as an equal and if something doesn't go right then they always compensate for that they are a great support team
