Laggy live casino

Tried the live blackjack and the stream kept lagging and freezing. Dealer would talk but the video stuck on one frame, then suddenly jump. Hard to trust the cards when the table stutters like that. I left after ten minutes.

Responsible gambling lip service

They have a page about gambling problems, but in practice everything is built to keep you spinning. Limits are hidden, offers pushy, not impressed.

Account closure took weeks

I asked to permanently close my account and they kept “confirming” by email multiple times. It finally went through after almost three weeks. Way more complicated than signing up was.
