Bought Bonus spins from the shop, completed the wagering and converted them to the €100 maximum limit, then played with the €100 and turned it to €300, I placed a withdrawal for the €300 and it was cancelled and €100 was returned to my balance , they kept €200.

Won’t accept a bank statement as proof of address unless they can see all personal information including account number and sort code.Without being verified they won’t allow you to withdraw so they want information they’re not entitled too so you can withdraw but then you give them all they need to defraud you. Within a day of using the site I had 2 fraud attempts on my card and this site was the only place I’d used that card in 2 weeks. Asked for my account to be closed and was told chat agents can’t do it so had to email the support. Waiting for their response. I expect however that like other sites they won’t do it and will either add a bonus or just completely ignore it. Until you threaten legal action then amazingly they receive that email and do something about it. Avoid this site at all cost
