Lacking in support and refund policy!

I am very dissatisfied with the professionalism and service at this institute. I signed up for Canine Nutrition course with an expectation, that there would be more support and help with the tests during live seminars or even videoes to be whatced. However I was quickly to find out that I signed up for a course, where you have to read a pdf file and links to other books only. If I knew it was only reading books, I could just have bought a book myself. That’s a very expensive book to pay for. I paid $999 dollars to read a book, and if I have any questions f or the tests, I can write an email or in a Facebook group. We live in 2022, where there is high possibility to do live calls and create videos, but the excuse is lack of Internet connection. Who has lack of internet connection in 2022, when you do a course for students? I asked for a refund with that answer, that the policy has no refund and that the coach was already paid a fee. A coach you can only write on email if you have questions for your test. When you have a dissatisfied customer I expect at least a better service of refund policy and understanding, that I feel mislead to a course that are not living up to my expectations. It’s not the content I am complaining about, it is the lack of teachings and support in a course that are described as university level. And no refund policy. I made that mistake to sign up to quickly without even asking more questions, was too excited to sign up for a course that was not fitting my way of learning. On Facebook they only post positive feedback, but here you find an unsatisfied student. They didn’t care to pay me back or even asked me further how they could support me better. Which shows me the lack of the care they have for their students. Before you buy this course consider if you would like to only read books and have no possibility of speaking to real people face to face on videos to need discuss the topics.
