Misleading Warranty

Misleading Warranty – No Support Response

I purchased a Casio AE-1100W-1AVDF based on the advertised “10-year battery life,” but the battery failed much earlier. When I submitted a support ticket (#94125), I was told the battery isn't covered under warranty — which feels very misleading.

Worse, I tried to contact Casio via several email addresses on their website, but all bounced back — they are either inactive or unavailable.

I'm truly disappointed by how a globally trusted brand handled my issue. Zero support. No escalation. Just silence. I expected better from CASIO.

Above and beyond

Had a problem with my daughter’s digital keyboard over 18 months after purchase, enquired to see if they had any recommended engineers and they replaced it! Wonderful service

Good quality at a reasonable price

Recently I’ve decided to make myself a present. So the 1st September I ordered a casual and practical Casio watch white model LTP-1302PD-7A1VEF (reference number TGS1689).
I liked it from the very first sight.
Now it looks great on my arm. Obviously, it’s not a brand-new watch, but the price is adequate and it’s really what I need.
Thanks for a quick delivery and good service.

Great watches but incredibly inept…

Great watches but incredibly inept employees. Impossible to register the Casio Gold Card guarantee. First no reference number was made available in the system. My Danish AD had to call Casio Denmark to file a complaint on my behalf, and even so, after registrating the card number the web site says: "Error 504 - Value in field is not unigue as required in validation entry options". Casio really knows how to aggravate their customers.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Purchased a new Edifice watch for €300 from an online retailer in Poland. After wearing the watch for a few days, noticed it wasn't charging (it's a Tough Solar). Read instruction manual, Googled info, watched YouTube videos, all to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Left in sun for full weekend, still not charging. Contacted retailer who said: read manual. Explained that I had done that, and more. Retailer said I should contact Casio. Did that... same story: read manual. I asked for a replacement watch and was told by Casio to ask the retailer. Retailer refuses to replace, only willing to repair, as they state I have to return the watch in its original, new condition. That's ridiculous, it is a watch, I wore it until I noticed it wasn't charging correctly! It's been two weeks since I first contacted Casio and the Polish online watch retailer. I am shocked and disappointed that Casio refuse to honour the guarantee and will not replace the watch. I don't want it repaired, it's an expensive item, purchased brand new, and is clearly defective. Very poor service from both Casio and the Polish online watch retailer, Zegarownia.
