Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Purchased a new Edifice watch for €300 from an online retailer in Poland. After wearing the watch for a few days, noticed it wasn't charging (it's a Tough Solar). Read instruction manual, Googled info, watched YouTube videos, all to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. Left in sun for full weekend, still not charging. Contacted retailer who said: read manual. Explained that I had done that, and more. Retailer said I should contact Casio. Did that... same story: read manual. I asked for a replacement watch and was told by Casio to ask the retailer. Retailer refuses to replace, only willing to repair, as they state I have to return the watch in its original, new condition. That's ridiculous, it is a watch, I wore it until I noticed it wasn't charging correctly! It's been two weeks since I first contacted Casio and the Polish online watch retailer. I am shocked and disappointed that Casio refuse to honour the guarantee and will not replace the watch. I don't want it repaired, it's an expensive item, purchased brand new, and is clearly defective. Very poor service from both Casio and the Polish online watch retailer, Zegarownia.
