Cassell Reviews 

I saw some of the mixed reviews and was a little nervous. But I ordered a T-Shirt in an XL thinking that would be the best size. When it didn't fit like I had hoped, I reached out for support. They were very quick to respond and offer a couple of solutions to my problem. They solved my issue quickly and professionally. The new T-Shirt is already on its way. My experience of their service was quite good.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The quality is awful and the sizes are no where near regular sizes. I received my shirts, which I spent 100.00 on and the sizes were waaaaay off. I messaged them and they did nothing to help, saying I ordered the size and that's what they shipped and sorry no returns or refunds. I purchased in good faith for an Eagles concert in Las Vegas and now it's too late to reorder (from someone else) and get wht I wanted for our experience. BAD, Bad bad products and customer service

Horrible printing, poor quality and zero response from customer service about just getting a return label to send it back. They just send auto-responses to any email you send and have ridiculous return policies. I gave it a shot, but will never buy from here again and at this point would just like my money back.

I was very unhappy with my purchase I ordered an Xlarge hoodie and it came in looking like a small/medium. Also they printed on the front of the hoodie the size and color which is very odd and they refuse to give me a refund of $42. I will not be ordering from them in the future!
