Delivery was prompt, the price was very reasonable and it was properly packaged to avoid leaking of the product. AND it was in stock, when our local high street outdoor store (naming no names) had delisted it for their own-branded version. Storm Down Wash and Proofer is a great product

Excellent service and value. Castleberg had the brand and model of trail shoe I needed, at a less expensive price and with faster delivery than the actual shoe manufacturer. They were well packed for transit too.

I confess that I do a lot of shopping on Amazon due to its ease & convenience. However I found purchasing this item on Castleberg just as easy as I would on Amazon. And it feels much more preferable to be buying stuff from a real local shop (I've visited it in Settle a few times) than from that global tax-avoiding behemoth.

I always buy Darn Tough socks as stockists a rare in this part of the country.
Price is always competitive and I like to support Independent shops where I can.
Delivery was fast and left in a safe place. I've not visited the shop as I don't visit the 3 peaks of late but maybe one day I'll suprise you as I need trainers 😊
