On this occasion I needed to return an item and exchange for a bigger size. I returned the item on Tuesday and received a brand new item on Friday. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and no fuss return. I'll be ordering a second one very soon.

Great local company to deal with. Always very competitive on price and fantastic selection of outdoor gear. Staff always very friendly and helpful both in person in the shop or over the phone. I ordered online and the item was dispatched quickly.
