Staff are useless, so much miscommunication between them and the landlord of property we rented, nothing was fixed and they allowed us to live in a mouldy house with children, if we asked for an update on things we’d reported they’d say we hadn’t reported anything and had nothing on file this happened so many times, also took nearly 4 months to get our deposit back

Horrific from the day I moved in. Staff haven’t a clue. It’s like pulling teeth dealing with them. Avoid

My brother recently stayed in Castle Dene. The Manager is very professional and caring. The staff were were very caring and friendly.
My brother really improved in the time he spent there.
As an ex Manager of Care South, it is so good to know that the standards are still high.

Tried to make a viewing for weeks emailing from right move then direct and finally phone calls just to be ignored
I would say if you see anything advertised with these estate agents don’t bother

Charlotte Butler at the HARTLEPOOL Branch of Castledene is excellent!!
She never gives up until the sale goes through & constantly kept me updated.I have never known a better Estate agent in 50 years ! Honestly!!
I & my family will definately be using her again for other property sales .Extremly pleasant & nothing too much trouble.

Dealing with Castledene is the stuff of nightmares and depression, I don't even know where to start. This company's ineptitude is on another scale and their mismanagement has cost me well over £50k. I have had to sell all my portfolio with them and that dosen't even cover the debt thier mismanagement has caused me. Their arrogance is off the chat and no single department of this dreadful organisation knows what the other department is doing. They undervalued my properties by several thousands and even when they claimed to have achieved a sale, nothing happened after three months and I had to take it off them. Please do not be taken in by all their lies and self promotion and save yourself a lifetime of agony. Wish I could have known about how totally unfit for purpose they are before I gave them my business but it's a bit too late now. Giving them one star is an injustice as I would have given them -100 if it were possible. I just God heal me from the trauma and all the troubles they have now put me into.

Finally can leave a review without it being blocked like they have done with Google reviews.
Castledene are completely useless!! Take your holding deposit then mess around and end up keeping it.
Proper cowboy company they are. I have spoken with a variety of people who have dealt with them and they all have the same opinion that they are rubbish.

Employees are Completely clueless
Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolute ROGUE landlords.
