Gemma Bent was fantastic throughout! Thorough throughout and is the most passionate mortgage broker rep I’ve ever come across. Nothing could have been done better and I could not recommend highly enough. If you’re remortgaging or finding a mortgage… look no further! Castlegate were incredible throughout the entire process of my buying my first house. Gemma guided me through every step of finding a mortgage that was right for me, and made me feel comfortable the whole time by answering every little question I had. After the mortgage process, Amy was brilliant in helping to liaise with solicitors and estate agents to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Castlegate were outstanding every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone who needs financial services.

Castlegate’s are an absolute dream to work with and make mortgages simple and easy. From start to finish they were professional and knowledgeable. Lauren helped me every step of the way and made things simple for me. She was lovely throughout the whole process and was quick to answer every question I had (which was a lot)!
