I just reserved my home at woodland manor in Congleton, it was a pleasure to deal with Ellis and Rhianna, both of them are very friendly and professional, making it easy for me to make my choice. The process was very stress free and both girls gave me all the information I needed. I would highly recommend

I recently visited Woodland Manor and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ellis and Rhianna. Ellis welcomed us, explained everything about Castel Green, and let us explore the show homes without feeling rushed. She answered all our questions and followed up afterwards. On my return visit, Rhianna was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with my many questions, which made me feel comfortable during such a big decision.
I’ve now put in an offer on a property at Woodland Manor. The homes are lovely, but it was the outstanding care and professionalism from Ellis and Rhianna that truly stood out. Highly recommended.

Moving into my new Castle Green home has been a truly five-star experience from start to finish. From the moment I first visited, I was impressed by the quality, layout, and beautiful finishes, and now that I’m settled in, it genuinely feels like home. The entire buying process was made smooth and stress-free thanks to Ellis and Rhianna from the sales team. They were friendly, professional, and always happy to answer our questions, keeping myself updated every step of the way and making me feel completely supported throughout. As far as house buying goes, a wonderful experience throughout the entire process at the Bridgewater View development, with special thanks to Sally, Hilary and Kayleigh. We were originally planning to go with a neighbouring developer, but their sales team couldn’t compare with Castle Green’s, who cheered us on from day one!

Communication was strong, they were supportive when needed, incredibly friendly, beyond helpful and, when we were facing difficulties with a useless solicitor at the bottom of a chain, they stepped up to help us get through.

Thank you to the team for being with us at every step of the way and getting us into our new, beautiful home!

From the moment we walked into Castle Green, Bridgewater view, my partner and I were instantly welcomed by Sally and Hilary. Throughout the whole process of selling both our houses, and purchasing our new home, Sally and Hilary have been with us every step of the way, keeping us informed and cheering us on! Their passion for customer care shines through and they want to ensure everything is right. They are incredibly responsive and action any issues immediately. From the moment we walked into the Sales office, Rhianna was polite and professional. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her. Needless to say, we put a reservation deposit down within the week. At the appointment, she went through everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. She was on her own in the office on this particular day, but wasn't phased by the constant flow of potential buyers walking into the office, whilst trying to go through all the details with us.

The show homes at Rydal View were beautifully presented and we were impressed with the quality of building and finish. Fiona was very helpful and informative and understanding of our (very particular!) requirements. Lindsay who met us for our site visit at Swn y Mor couldn’t do enough to make sure all our questions were answered.

We have recently purchased a property at Woodland Manor with the help of Rhianna. Every visit has been made really easy and straight forward. Rhianna has gone above and beyond to assist with our purchase and we now cannot wait for completion day. Thank you.

My partner, myself and our 8 month old had a great experience with Carol and Heather from Castle Green Homes when we went to view the show homes in Wrexham.

From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful without any pressure. The overall experience was excellent – the show homes were absolutely lovely, beautifully presented, and really helped us get a feel for the quality and layout of the houses.
