Extraordinary quality and customer service !!

I ordered a new DR table and 4 Austen chairs ! Chairs of my dreams (my architect dad has the same chairs back in the 1950’s- and I could not believe my incredible luck finding them here !!)
A couple chairs were missing the leveler / floor glides - and Petricia at Castlery was SO amazing in her assistance to rush them to me before an upcoming move!
Quality is superb and the customer service even better!!! Thank you !!!

I bought the Dawson couch in white two…

I bought the Dawson couch in white two years ago. While it’s very comfortable and looks great, it’s been difficult to maintain. The material peels easily, and although I was told the covers are fully machine washable, that turned out not to be true, they were damaged after just one wash. Unfortunately, I ended up replacing the couch because of these issues. The customer service was also very disappointing, and I eventually gave up trying to resolve the problem. It’s frustrating to have spent nearly $4,000 on this couch, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Very sad because the looks this couch.

Pilling can occur with regular use on upholstered fabrics and is a common characteristic rather than a defect in quality. It can typically be managed easily using a fabric shaver or lint remover.

For care, the covers are designed to be machine washable. We recommend using cold water on a gentle cycle, tumble drying on low heat, and cool ironing if needed. Dry cleaning is also suitable. To help maintain the fabric condition, please avoid bleaching or harsh chemical treatments.

Great Support After Customer Feedback

Some things didn't go to plan, but after a few phone conversations, it was a great feeling that I was being listened to.
The bed that I ordered was what my daughter wanted for her 18th Birthday present. The Dawson storage bed looked great on the web site, functional and practical.
Even though I wasn't the easiest customer, I have to give Castlery extremely satisfying credit for addressing my concerns and they acted upon it. That is what Customer service is all about. And that's all that I wanted and gave me full trust in the company and that I was in good hands.
My daughter is totally over the moon with her new bed. My review says it all, and I am a totally satisfied customer of Castlery now. Because they listened, took action and gave incredible customer service. The customer care team on the phone were very helpful, courteous and very understanding.
I cannot recommend more highly the customer service I received from Castlery, and I will be shopping there again.
I paid for the White Glove treatment and the delivery team did an awesome job setting up the bed. They were very helpful, courteous and a job well done on a very busy schedule.

Good returns process

Our Seb dining set arrived well packaged and communication was very fast and regular.

Unfortunately the table and chairs we ordered was far too dark/orange for the room, but Castlery were great at collecting and refunding this (big thanks to Tarmizi). They even let us keep the free cutlery set which helped soften the £60 collection fee! (free delivery)

Such a shame they don't do it in a lighter, more natural colour or we'd have exchanged it instead

The bed I ordered had a broken part so…

The bed I ordered had a broken part so I was initially bummed, however after contacting support they arranged a repair technician to come out and attempt to fix. He determined a new part was needed so Castlery sent a replacement to my house. This process took about a month with all the scheduling however the customer support team kept me up to date with the process.

Now that the bed is build we are very pleased the look and quality of it.

The whole experience was easy

The whole experience was easy. I am a designer with a lot of moving parts happening at the same time. Castlery had the exact table design and dimensions I needed to complete this project. Ordering online was simple and the delivery team was fantastic.

Arrived Broken - Poor Quality Control

I ordered a table and chairs for $2200. When the table arrived, the leaf was broken. The wood was cracked through. Because of the manner in which the table was packaged, it was clear that the table was packaged and shipped broken - this did not happen in transit.

Castlery offered me $100. When I asked for a bit more, as $100 seemed nominal for a broken piece of wood, they said they would void the warranty.

I would not order from Castlery again.

A very good outfit

All round good. website could be better, the offer sign up free this that and the other could be clearer. Web font is a a touch on the over elegant swirly, which in someways adds to the quality vibe, but in someways makes you think is this a bit American naff . However! The furniture arrived ahead of time and it's very very nice. and the packaging is pure art. gotta be the best attention to packaging detail I've ever experienced. it felt a bit wrong, ripping it open. Also, it comes in boxes, which based on years of Ikea type trauma and disappointment made me feel afraid, but no need to panic, simple easy instructions and quality fixtures that just work.

Customer Service so patient

I made a purchase for a beautiful sofa that I feel in love with but honestly it was a bit impulsive. I hadn’t thought through the measurements well enough. After multiple iterations and emails with Tvya, I eventually decided that I needed to cancel and rethink. Tvya was so wonderful and understanding and quickly initiated the refund. I will be back as soon as I plan the layout a little more thoroughly;). Thanks!

Best customer courtesy exchange

Had to exchange our Vincent Dining Table for a different size after the product photos led us to order the wrong one. Alvin went above and beyond - he got the restocking fee fully waived, handled everything from the price difference to coordinating pickup and delivery, and kept me updated at every step. The whole process took about two weeks and was completely painless. Really impressed with how Castlery handled this. Five stars for Alvin especially - dude genuinely cares.

It was easy and wait, the delivery was right on schedule, get to pick which date work the best for me to get the sofa delivered. Delivery was seamless, quick and about 20 mins for them to assemble.
