Warranty issue handled professionally by Castlery

Castlery handled my warranty issue professionally and fairly. One of my dining chairs developed a crack at a joint, and after reviewing the case, they agreed to replace the affected hind leg cluster under warranty. Qistina was helpful, polite, and clear throughout the process, and I appreciated the consistent follow-up.

The only drawback is the replacement lead time, which is about 16-17 weeks, so it is not a fast fix. Still, I value that they honored the warranty and worked toward a reasonable resolution rather than pushing the issue aside.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the support experience and appreciate Castlery standing behind their product.

Beautiful table

Unfortunately, the table that we ordered, arrived damaged. However, Aslinda quickly got a new table on its way to us and saved the day. She turned a really frustrating situation around and it was greatly appreciated! The table is gorgeous and very well made.

The Vincent dining set

The Vincent dining set's table, two chairs, and bench arrived in three boxes. Unpacking and assembly of the pieces was easy. The quality of the furniture and the richness of the wood was evident even before assembly. The dining set in walnut is even more beautiful and comfortable than I had hoped it would be.

Extremely please with our new chairs and table

Great customer service and product

1. The product - we love our Jaron couch. It is comfortable and beautiful. We would have preferred full grain leather but so far the leather is holding up well to our dog
2. The service - we had an issue where the delivery date range that was provided while we were purchasing was nowhere near when delivery was actually available. It was actually a full month later. Castelry uses a third party delivery partner and clearly their systems do not talk.

I was very frustrated by this, as we had ordered the furniture for a specific occasion. I reached out to castelry, and while they were unable to change the delivery date, Hafiza on their team went above and beyond to make it up to us.

3. Delivery - as mentioned, the delivery timeline was not accurate. However, the team that actually delivered our furniture did a great job. They were communicative, and borderline magicians with how quickly they assembled our new furniture.

The furniture from this store needs to use natural materials if they want to keep their credability for high quality produce,

The furniture from this store is designed beautifully and the service is also good, but on a closer inspection you see that almost all the fabrics used are polyester or a blend with the prominent material being polyester. This material is not only shedding microplastics into your home environment continuously , they can be a health hazard especially for children even if they are meeting recommended guidelines as polyester is proven to impact children's hormones and development. I'm just so surprised a store like castley relies so heavily on a cheap synthetic petroleum based material for their couches, chairs and bed back boards since they have such a lovely wool carpets and cotton sheet sets and wooden furniture . The extensive use of the polyester is almost contradictory. Over time we noticed the materials on our couches/armchairs wearing so I went to check, our armchair (100 % polyester) and then a couch we were told a was a linen blend 3 L pseater couch but on inspection it's only 18 % linen and the rest polyester. So disappointing .

Pilling is a normal and common occurrence with fabrics and is not an indication of quality. It can be easily removed using a fabric shaver or fuzz remover. Many of our fabrics, including our linen-look blends, are woven from two differently toned yarns to achieve a natural, textured appearance—this information, along with all fabric details, is transparently provided on our product pages.

We also want to assure you that our furniture is safe for home use. All our products adhere strictly to TSCA Title VI standards, ensuring formaldehyde emissions are well within safe limits. We are committed to making your home a safe space, and there is no reported health hazard from the materials used in Castlery furniture.

Nightmare never again

This was a nightmare situation; a bed was delivered missing parts and hardware. I spoke to MANY reps by phone and through instant chat, no one could resolve the situation for me without "speaking to a team" or other evasive time-prolonging excuses. Text responses take minutes between each answer, phone calls have long wait times, email correspondence are days in between. I was offered new parts which would take 16-19 weeks to arrive. Many emails and a complaint to my bank later, I was offered a replacement bed. When I declined (because customer service is so bad and other BBB complaints said there was no follow up and no bed after they accepted the same offer) the rep that had been assigned to my case FARHANA ghosted me and never responded. I finally got my requested refund 1 month after living with a bedroom that was unusable and over 20 attempts at communicating with Castlery and then only because rep ASLINDA finally provided good customer service and was prompt in her email replies and followed through as no other rep had. I would not every buy from Castlery again; it shouldn't be this hard or time consuming to get a resolution to a simple issue. I will now look for companies with US based customer service and will read the BBB complaints first. There were several identical issues reported by customers of Castlery.

Initially, we offered to send replacement parts, which in some cases can take several weeks to source from the manufacturer. When that solution did not meet your expectations, we ultimately provided a full replacement with our White Glove service as a complimentary gesture, leaving the choice to you. We also understand that during this time you had to raise a dispute with your card provider, and we sincerely appreciate your patience throughout the process.

Please know that resolving disputes or coordinating replacements can sometimes take time, particularly when third-party suppliers or delivery logistics are involved. Our goal is always to achieve a fair and satisfactory resolution, and we’re glad that Aslinda was able to provide prompt support and follow through to ensure the matter was successfully resolved.

Excellent customer care

The product we got was exactly as described on line and we are delighted with it.
When it was delivered the delivery company damaged a light fitting. The transport company was brilliant in helping arrange the repair but when the repair bill was not paid the team at Castlery got involved and sorted it out. Super customer care. Super responsive. Well done!

Called before hand to say they were arriving in 25 mins, super efficient with the dismantling, removal and assembly. Cleared up all the excess plastic and packaging. Worked quietly, no fuss, knew what they were doing.
