Disgustingly rude attitude from a fitter this morning as I attempted to get my tyres checked. Really ignorant towards me, said without me finishing talking they wouldn’t have time to look at my tyres today. Because of his attitude and his tone of voice towards me I will never go to this place. A bit of advice for the fitter, if your job is stressing you out this much and making you a person with this attitude, get out of your job and find something else to do. Your doing the company no favours at all

Had a problem with gear linkage so put car in for a service and all fixed. The car is running better than it has all year. Gear change fixed too and didnt cost a fortune.

They are the best. I have both cars serviced there mot just had winter tyres put on too. They look after you so much. Make you feel so welcome.

My rear tyre losing air and not having a spare ( inflator and adhesive) was causing me problems. spoke to Castle tyres who were brilliant . they ordered a tyre for the next day in case the puncture could not be repaired. When I called they tested the tyre, rim and replaced the valve at no cost!!!.
They were friendly helpful and professional - and in this day and age almost unique. Dont bother shopping around just go to Castle Tyres and save time

I've had 2 nail punctures recently - main dealer has told me on both occasions that tyres would need replacing, but Castle Tyres were able to repair both for a fraction of the cost of a new tyre, and sorted within 20 mins.
Really helpful and efficient, can't fault them!

Great service, honest, friendly team. Asked for advice several times, they're not ones to do things unnecessarily and what they do do is always a fair price. From a simple change of tyre to a full service, they're consistently fair. 😍

Out delivering presents on Christmas eve and got a puncture. Our son-in-law suggested we go to Castel Tyres, so glad we did within 30 to 40 minutes the puncture was repaired and we were back on our way. The staff were efficient, courteous and helpful. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

I've done the usual jumping from garage to garage over the years "getting the usual "ohh and shaking of heads" a week with an awful courtesy car for what was basically a couple of bulbs ans a split egr pipe. Castle Tyres came with a friends recommendation "What a joy" No nonsense mechanical work done by mechanics with oil on their hands and in good time.Very fairly priced . I will return and highly recommend.
