Initially helpful, ultimately very poor

Initially helpful, but they over-ordered tiles. Our plumber who they work with, had illnesses so was delayed and when we tried to return the tiles Castlewater refused to refund us. They gave us no indication that they had a time frame, and their invoicing took several attempts to get right, and even then was very confusing and not itemised. They still owe us money.
They designed a bathroom without a toilet paper holder...
