Unfortunately the jeans I ordered were too small so I returned them the following day at a cost of £10.95! Following numerous phone calls to the customer service chasing my refund, I was informed that they hadnt yet been received 22 days after posting them! I then went on their website and read the reviews!! shock horror!! A lady had the same issue and then had them returned by customs due to the metal studs!!!! Low and behold my jeans arrived back from customs the following day! I am now £40 out of pocket which is extremely upsetting as I can ill afford to loose this money. The Company must know that this is an issue and need to put something in place, can they not see that reviews like this can only damage their sales and future business?

Basically it took ages like a month for my parcel but may I add they were very responsive every time I asked. When I did receive it the product was very poor quality nd we well known to purchase this designer white a lot and it wasn’t the same as others. The colour is not the colour advertised and I have checked and this colour has never been made by this designer in this style.
My parcel came in a plain wrap up bag with nothing else in the parcel no Invoice. First and last time I will shop hear

NO ITEM NO RESPONSE
I commended an item MONTHS AGO. I was patient and waited. I didn't think too much of it since I live far (Canada) and there is also a pandemic going on. I still didn't get my item (that cost me around 90$). I also never got an answer to my email. Not even once. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it. Unless you want to buy something you will never receive. It's a fraud.

I ordered some items for my daughter…
I ordered some items for my daughter for Christmas. They did not arrive in time. When I tried to return them no one replied for two weeks. iInn the mean time I returned the goods to the address on the package at a cost of £5.50.
I then received an email from your company telling me that I had to return the items to CHINA at my own expense.
I am now in a position where the goods are retuned to you somewhere in this country and you are refusing to refund the money.
I have asked for the goods to be sent back to me or refund the money. I await your reply.
