I was playing Mega Joker with the bet…

I was playing Mega Joker with the bet of £ 1.20 and I had £ 15 credit.
Everything was fine until I changed the bet at £ 15 to a lower bet, £ 0.80; suddenly the credit {£ 15} disappeared.
I contact them on Live chat and I spoked with MR J. but it was pointless because he said it’s a in browser issue, but it’s not true.
Money waisted !

Awful

I don't even know what to say.At this point I cannot believe this company is still in business. Good luck. If you ever win a decent amount of money, they never reply to your emails, they reject all your documentation, even though everything is legit and correct. I have been fighting with them for almost two months, with barely any correspondence back.

I used to rate Casumo now I don’t !!

I used to rate Casumo, but now? They’re absolutely diabolical. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for a measly £85 withdrawal — and before you say “verification,” I was already verified. Funny how last year when I won £2,000 they paid me within 15 minutes… but now they can’t even release £85?

Casumo have gone from fun to fraudulent. They make you jump through hoops, ignore your messages, and act like they’re doing you a favour by paying you your own money. It’s a joke.

Customer service is poor, tired , and gives you the same tired granny first time on a computer copy-paste answers. There’s no urgency, no transparency, and absolutely no respect for loyal players.

If you’re thinking about joining Casumo — DON’T. They’re not the brand they used to be. Take your money somewhere that actually pays you when you win. Casumo have officially lost the plot and their credibility. Ca su shi I would say is even better but they don’t pay up instantly but then they’ve always been slow. At least you know what you’re getting with them Casumo Just💩

Could not cash out my money even after…

Could not cash out my money even after sending all requested documents. They kept asking for information from my bank statement (which I provided) which does not exist. Needing all information to show up on the same page. They asked for proof of my deposit which I showed using the interac email I received in my email (which has the unique code). They did not accept that, and did not accept bank statement which shows my payment to their 3rd party provider.

I opened an account with casumo…

I opened an account with casumo yesterday, deposited a small amount, won a little and withdrew. Next day I deposited a bit more, lost all of it, not bothered because I usually tend to only deposit test amounts before betting my usual wagers. Detected things I didn't like:
1. Live dealer blackjack tables are extremely limited, you will have a very little selection to choose from.
2. Playtech is not the best gaming provider, I usually do not touch them with a bargepole.
3. Welcome bonus extremely poor, you have to wager x30 to even get any of the welcome bonus wins, which is usually pennies in most cases, £0.60 in my case.

Overall, not bitter just putting my honest opinion out there. For comparison 32red is where I play the most, am actually up overall. But the key difference is selection of tables! You will have a choice of where to play and can wager when you see positive variance. On Casumo, I am sorry, but I cannot say the same and so I closed my account with you today

Worst casino ever

Worst casino ever. It's very easy to join and deposit money BUT if you want to withdraw you'll have to jump through hoops. Also they only send emails with promotions not with important stuff like them requiring additional verification. I never heard anything from them after requesting my withdrawal, yesterday afternoon I contacted their live chat... they said they'd look into it. Again no updates, this morning I spent a couple of hours on their live chat (I got thrown out of it a few times, so had to start all over again) and now I finally received my money. Needless to say that I immediately closed my account. There are better casinos out there,

This is not a place I recommend to gamble . Constant losing here. They kick you out the blackjack room slim the middle of blackjack games causing players to lose the site freezes very often and no its not a connection from my side I know what I experienced.
