I would avoid like the plague!!! 5 or 6 times I have sent in documents of my transactions and bank account to get my withdrawal sent out to me and they keep rejecting them and avoid paying me my money. Nothing is good enough for them. It shouldn't be this hard. There are other sites out there who can be trusted.

Had I read reviews on here prior to making a wager on Casumo , I would NEVER have done so .
I thought I had been lucky winning 4x my initial deposit - NO SUCH LUCK !!
I requested the withdrawal on 12th Nov .
No funds received .
I have since emailed them - standard reply !
I contacted them via live chat - now they suddenly want various intrusive proofs of my bank account , which they do not need as they took my deposit from it ?

As a follow up to the above (25/11/25)
I have now gone through FULL verification as requested (3 forms of ID - scans or PDF files - NOT Photos taken with a Mobile phone !!).
Within 24 hours of re-contacting Casumo via Live chat I can confirm my winnings (withdrawals) are now sat in my account .
The only thing I would say is the Verification should be done BEFORE allowing deposits , not as a consequence of a withdrawal
This has changed my opinion of Casumo .

This casino is an absolute joke don’t even waste your time. Accounts can be made in under a minute with 0 verification required the exact same with deposits. However, the second you want to withdraw the funds they sit pending. I emailed them asking why 2 days after they sat pending, they then took 24h to respond stating it was down to lack of verification. They then required me to send proof of ID and proof of Address. I sent in a Full UK issued Driving License, But for them that isn’t good enough they then required more proof for address! Although it clearly shows in the license. After that was complete funds still pending. Now they are requiring a bank statement because I deposited funds using bank transfer. The cycle is endless anything to not return funds. Worst casino I have ever used.

Disgraced casino they were hit with a £6M fine previously for breaching licence conditions, accepted £2000 deposits in 3 hours without verifying the account or source of funds. I have raised a complaint to which I have not heard nothing since, I’ve already emailed the gambling commission with evidence to support my complaint, hope they will take a deeper look into this and impose another penalty or better suspend the operating licence
Would have give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting how they don’t pay out your winnings. Sent ID time and time again and they just keep rejecting them for no reason. The customer service is atrocious as all give you different answers and are no help at all. I’ve given up on what they owe me as they won’t pay out full stop. Will certainly not be playing on this site and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Save your money for a more reputable site

Very bad site, I deposited with no issue but when it came to withdrawing they block it, provided numerous bank statements as well as screen shots yet no further forward. Avoid using this site as they will not pay you out and make excuses.

Won £70 on a footy bet on 1st nov it’s now the 5th still no money now they are asking for bank statements proof of address. Did all that on the 3rd been two days now still not verified them and still no funds.

I am writing this review as a serious warning to anyone considering using Casumo. My experience has been a complete nightmare, with the casino refusing to pay out my rightful winnings, lying about the reasons, and ultimately stealing a significant amount of my money.
After a small deposit of under £500, I won £351.00. I initiated a withdrawal and this is where the problems started. Casumo requested verification documents, which is normal procedure, so I promptly sent them in. Over the course of several days, I provided a staggering 15 separate pieces of documentation, including my full bank statements.
The verification team repeatedly confirmed that my verification had "passed," yet they still refused to process my withdrawal of £351.00. For seven straight days, their support team told me, repeatedly, that they "couldn't" pay anything into my verified bank account. I have all the chat logs and pictures to prove these lies.
Frustrated and feeling completely ripped off, I eventually just asked them to pay me the money they owed me and close my account immediately. They agreed, closed my account, and sent a payment.
They paid me a grand total of £26.00.
They kept the remaining £325.00 of my winnings.
This is not a mistake; this is blatant theft and incredibly poor customer service. Their support agents were unhelpful and seemed trained to lie and delay. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this platform. They might seem legitimate, but when it comes to paying out, they are a scam. They have stolen my money, and they could steal yours too.
So, I have never written a review before but I wanted too in this case, I've read so many bad reviews for this company that I wanted to share my experience. First people need to realise that it's a gambling site, I've lost a few hundred with no bonuses and I've also been lucky enough to get 3 or 4 bonuses in like 100 Spins (it's called gambling for a reason).
Now onto the withdrawal process. This was a little exhausting tbh. I was verified at the beginning and deposited around 500 in total, I did get a lot of play out of it I might add. Luckily I managed to get my balance up to £1500 so I made a withdrawal. This is were things got frustrating because I was frozen out of my account, i was asked to verify my account for a second time. They wanted a lot of Information and a few times it got rejected, on total the process lasted around 4 days 31/10/25-3/11/25. I will say though that within 10 minutes of my account being verified the money appeared in my bank account.
So all I can say is that yes people seem to have had bad experiences but for me it wasn't all that bad at all and the live chat staff where all amazing and helpful (in particular Ian and Amanda they were both amazingly helpful. I would recommend live chat over emailing as i did not and still haven't had any response to emails. Anyway I'm hoping that if and when I make another withdrawal I won't have to go through that all again, so we will see.
Oh and I love the selection of games lol
