I recently purchased 2 sofas from this company.
I recently purchased 2 sofas from this company.
Calls were answered in good time when I called to check the delivery schedule. The call handlers were professional and appeared very happy in the work they do (I could hear high morale in the background).
The assigned courier's digital communication was accurate and I was advised that they was 1 hour ahead of schedule on the day of delivery to check I was still available.
Both sofas arrived well wrapped and protected.
I expected minor imperfections, as both sofas are sold by a different company and were on that site for a higher price that what I paid.
The sofas did have a few small imperfections hence the price I paid for them.
Overall, a faultless purchase from this company.
My expectations were met. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful and polite I wasnt rushed into making my purchase . But the guys helped me to make my dicision with complete ease and I am very happy with my two mattresses I purchased for one for myself and one for my son. The price was very reasonable and I’m a very happy customer. Would defiantly recommend to friends.
