There was an issue with the package delivery but the company was quick to fix it. Excellent service and clothing. Would recommend.

I never received my item due to wrong address but my address is not wrong and I get my mail from everywhere else. I Sent multiple emails, and they took forever to reply, they don’t even have a phone number you can call to dispute an order. They stopped replying to me when I just asked for a refund. I had to dispute the order with my bank. This website is a scam.

This company is a scam!!! I ordered 3 dresses. After multiple emails I finally received one. Since December and now April still have not received the other two. I tried getting my money back with PayPal but this company asked me to resolve the dispute and then they would send my order. The are liars and thieves!!! Stay away

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered two dresses. Needed to return them. It’s been 6 weeks and they still have not issued a refund. I’m sick that I’ve lost my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES!!! I only hit 1 start so I could write this review! This company outright stole my money. I ordered a dress 2/5/2025 and I was notified that the order was placed. I waited patiently for about 2 weeks before I emailed them to get an update on the status of my order. On 2/23/2025 I sent a email and Someone did reply to say that they were going to move my order forward and I should receive and processing number promptly. I checked my email on the 25th and nothing. I emailed them back on the 26th only for them to tell me the dress is not available and did I want something different. This dress was to be worn on my wedding day. I told them no because they were unprofessional with communicating the handing of my order. I asked to be refunded and no one responded. They went cold blue , dead to the world! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES! I emailed them again to ask for a refund and NOTHING! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!!

So great website to get new beautiful clothes! I got my order pretty fast to Dubai. Since parts from my order were coming from different places I go them in different time. But still pretty fast.

Quality is good, models are really stylish and unique. I didn’t want to take off one of dresses since now it’s one of my fav dresses for different brunches in Dubai and I always get compliments!

I ordered this dress on a whim while searching for a classic white dress for my save-the-date photos. Unfortunately, I didn’t research the website beforehand and trusted that the dress in the pictures would match what I received. Big mistake. The dress arrived two weeks later and was nothing like the photos—the fabric was cheap, the design was poorly made, and I quickly realized I had spent over $100 on something worse than what you’d find on Shein.

When I requested a return, they denied it but offered store credit instead. I reluctantly used it, only to be charged for shipping again. The second dress was just as bad—flimsy material, sloppy construction, and the bust padding on a size large was absurdly small, like it was made for an AA cup.

It’s obvious now that the pictures on their site are not theirs, and they’re charging hundreds of dollars for dresses that aren’t even worth a fraction of that. This is a total scam—don’t waste your money!
