I needed a good Belfast sink at short notice and Caterbitz were superb. Excellent customer service. The quality of the sink is excellent and this results in a really good fit. Excellent value for money too. Thank you Caterbitz. Your help is very much appreciated.

They say that that integrity of an individual or company is really shown when the temptation to take the easier path is at it's greatest. I placed a significant value order with this company that was expertly advised by them, they were so knowledgable, ready to help and experienced, yet a day before delivery i had to cancel the order due to previously undetected structural issue where the equipment was to be installed. Despite this being our issue and not their's they readily supported us with a full refund. This is a company that provides outstanding service, is highly ethical and does all of this at excellant prices. Whilst in the end i needed to cancel my order, i came to know just how good this company was by how they treated me even when others weren't looking.

Best prices and best service. Richard and Charlene are very helpful and patient helping customers. In our case we had shipping challenges and they allowed me time to reschedule the needed shipping documents. They guided us through all the challenges.

Fantastic experience through and through. Not only we’ve got a huge discount for all the things we need for the kitchen (appliances, taps, sinks), the service was brilliant all the way through! We made an appointment to go in their showroom but because it was a sunny weekend so the road from London to Bournemouth was so busy and took us double the time. They were able to accommodate date even though we were almost 2 hours late.
The delivery guy Harry was great too, very helpful and couldn’t do enough during the delivery. Good communication through out. Cannot recommend Charlene and the team enough!

I found Caterbitz online after seeing the Bertazzoni cooker I wanted was cheaper there than at John Lewis, (who didn't have one in store for me to look at). I'd not heard of them before, but after seeing their range online, and knowing normal high-street stores would not be able to help with my additional desire for a better extractor hood, I decided to take a risk and make the journey to see them. I'm very glad I did as I've ended up with exactly what I wanted; Charlene took time to research and go through options for the hood, which was the choice I needed most help with and I never felt pushed into any decision. I have finally had the hood installed (hence the review delay), but I'm happy to say it's just the job. I would gladly recommend Caterbitz to anyone looking for help with more-specialist equipment. Communication was always good and timely too, so it's many thanks from me

We ordered an Italian made STEEL-CUCINE double oven / range cooker from Caterbitz .
it arrived on time in relation to our new kitchen install . Delivered and placed in a very professional manner .
The Cooker is very high quality and works very well, in terms of both the ovens and the gas hob. The matt stainless steel finish complements our new kitchen . We would highly recommend Caterbitz / Richard & Charlene for excellent service and supply.
