I cannot fault the service from Catering Appliances. Aside from the prompt next-day delivery of my Bain Marie, the support team is excellent.
They are helpful: When I had an issue on delivery day, they called the courier directly to help me out.
They are fast: I had a query about the water tank size and they replied in less than 30 minutes with the solution.
They are real: No frustrating AI loops—just helpful people resolving issues quickly

Easy to navigate
Site is easy to navigate and had good filter system to find products quickly. Found same product cheaper by almost half, two filters for 44.54, and here, although cheaper, you have to add P+P, taking total for ONE filter to £39+

Awful after service misleading sales
After purchasing a lincat rotary toaster only last week with a twelve month warranty and using it once to discover that it is not efficient as described on your website when deciding to purchase . In fact it is not productive or efficient at all as commercial toaster should be, i have just been told I cannot return for a refund . Shocking customer service or aftercare. This product is not as described by this company in regards to its effectiveness in a commercial manner . I chose this product to increase productivity within my business . Do not trust their sales rhetoric

Jim was amazing
Jim was amazing, we had an issue with our Buffallo Mixer. It had stopped working after 2 months, we sent to manufacturer to be repaired. After 6 weeks we were informed part was missing, long story short, Jim dealt with everything. We had a new machine the next day. Thank you.
