I love my CatGenie
I love my CatGenie, aside from having to clean the sensor a couple of times and accidentally hooking it up to HOT water (I do not recommend this - phew!) iv'e not had any problems with my CG and going on 4 years. If anything happened to it I'd have the next one in the express mail that day!!!!

An absolute disgrace.
Absolutely useless. No repsonse to emails. I have a faulty item, which is still under warranty. Tried phoning them, goes to voicemail. They do not repsond to the message left on voicemail. I have bought supplies from them in the past, but orders were incomplete. Had to open up a case with PayPal to get my money back. When I first had dealings with CatGenie their service was impecable, but this last year or so, it's been a joke. Such as shame, it's a great product, but lousy customer services. They should be ashamed of themselves. Sell the business onto someone who can run it properly, as they obviously can't.

AVOID - You have been warned
Company has no idea of how to deal with customers, I was sent two faulty cartridges, they said they would replace them and I received nothing, I emailed them repeatedly with no response, had to start a dispute through paypal in the end.

I have now tried for over 2 weeks to get in touch with Catgenie.co.uk but they dont respont at all.
I got they machine back in november 2015 and all was fine back then but now its like the company is dead.
