Cattlebaron Constantia- AWESOME tasting burgers

There are two parts to my customer experience event , which being the direct consequence in doing this review.The Cattlebaron Constantia team under Vic Diener , in Cape Town South Africa, blew me away- and out of my socks. My son who resides in Andyck in Netherlands ordered a birthday surprised supper meal via Ubereats app , on 13Jul2024.
CattlebaronConstantia- restuarant burgers taste and flavouring was the best fastfood burger I have tasted in a very long time( Blue Cheese, with figs preserve), however the packaging in which it was in- Not so much!It was shattered!..not adequate for such a Kingsley 5 star meal having to withstand the heat factor of said, when it left the restaurant.
Vic called me days later after receiving my email, including pics, I sent within a 15 minute window of receipt of food order being delivered.
Vic expressed concern and care , and confusion, as such a compliant(about packaging) ,was rarely received - his words , not mine.
Thank you for taking the time -Vic to call me back,I am sure you will address any weak links- if any exist in your restaurant.
