It’s fascinating that you suggest I check Google for your hours when your Google listing explicitly states you are open until 5 pm on Fridays, So please go check google yourself first. If your internal rule is to close at 4 pm regardless of what you publish online, the 'misinformation' is coming from your side, not mine.
​I didn't ring the bell because, during our call at 4 pm, I was told nobody was available to see me. I generally find that when a business says they can't help you, ringing their doorbell is a waste of everyone's time. I'll take your advice and find a business that aligns its 'office hours' with its 'actual hours.' Best of luck with the schedule update

What a complete and utter waste of time. Spent weeks trying to organise a report - including sending a lot of information - all for nothing. In the end, they appeared to forget everything that was presented and sent to them, despite there being a chat history in textin existence to prove it - and then expected to go all it again and ALL on whatsapp - with no ability to speak to the actual person sending messages who seemed to forget all that was said. Do not bother with them - waste of time if you are after a report - I would highly NOT recommend!! FUMING!!!

The experience of recycling an old carpet transformed into a beautiful, original, vintage rug was exceptional. Hughie and Rob were both excellent and their attention to detail, communication and thoroughness made this a project worth doing from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Cavendish DeVere.

We used Cavendish for our carpets after being recommended them by a friend. Hughie and Rob communicated excellently and came round with samples and talked us through our various options and costs. The carpets look and feel incredible and I would 100% reccomend.
