Do not took this company…

Do not touch this company… I waited 6wks for my order to finally arrive. I sent numerous emails telling them not to bother sending as I will be sending the goods straight back. Guess what goods arrived weeks later and now trying to return the products, to which the company will not give me the returns label etc. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. I will be taking this further.

Order never arrived and the issue was not resolved

My parcel never reached me, and Evri confirmed in writing that it was lost. Cavari London still refused to take responsibility, relying on a photo of a parcel left outside a door that wasn’t mine and repeatedly directing me to contact the courier, even though only the sender can raise a claim. Weeks later, I still have no refund or replacement. Very poor handling of a simple non‑delivery issue.

PLEASE AVOID

PLEASE AVOID. My fresh truffles were not delivered.
No response to many inquiries by e-mail.
No reply to many telephone inquiries.
Caviar Classic London is not a reputable nor honest trader.
I used PayPal and received an immediate refund.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM SELLER.

Delivery turns up late or not at all
Its happened several times and i always hope they will improve but sadly not.
Each time i order for A party im left waiting. Now its 11 days and im still waiting for truffles

Ive ordered several times

Ive ordered several times. When the order arrives all is fine. But now is the second time the order did not arrive and this company dont reply to emails and the phone is disconnected. Very disappointed
