Do not touch this company… I waited 6wks for my order to finally arrive. I sent numerous emails telling them not to bother sending as I will be sending the goods straight back. Guess what goods arrived weeks later and now trying to return the products, to which the company will not give me the returns label etc. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. I will be taking this further.

Order never arrived and the issue was not resolved
My parcel never reached me, and Evri confirmed in writing that it was lost. Cavari London still refused to take responsibility, relying on a photo of a parcel left outside a door that wasn’t mine and repeatedly directing me to contact the courier, even though only the sender can raise a claim. Weeks later, I still have no refund or replacement. Very poor handling of a simple non‑delivery issue.

Ordered caviar on the 9th August 2023 for my Husband's birthday as I have done many times before with no problems. This time it never arrived, no response to several emails and could not get through on the phone, luckily I paid by paypal and got my money back.
