Un clear Vision

I have requested since about one week till now didn't receive the SIM more over you are using Danish language in all of your communication where I don't know Danish and expect that you send me a translated to English or my language but invain
No one asked me about the communication language I prefer to communicate with me
Till now I don't know where the SIM and when it will reach me and how can I Trace it

Top notch customer service

For starters ,a real person answers the phone! I was on queue for less than 3min and when someone took my call I accidentally pressed the wrong button and cancelled the call. He called me back immediately! That's a very unique quality. He was very helpful and explained everything clearly. Their subscriptions are also cheaper and better.

Definitely not a good start

During the start of the process I was asked whether I wanted to the new subscription to start immediately or at the end of the period with my old carrier. I explicitly asked to have it started immediately because I was due to travel at the end of the month. Despite of this they had the new number active only on August 1st. Now I am in a foreign country without the possibility to activate the eSIM and with no phone. Besides of this, it is impossible to talk to their customer service (minimum waiting time was 60 min). I also wrote them that I needed the subscription to start immediately with no response. This is not a good start.

The date given for the transfer is provided by your current provider, and is communicated by email, so you know beforehand. If we have asked for the number incorrectly, I do apologize in advance, but I won't know 'til I check it out for you.

I have been a customer with sprint…

I have been a customer with sprint since 1995 had good service since T mobile took over worst customer care and billing I do my bills by writing checks, every time I mail my bills t mobile sends text messages saying your bill is due tomorrow when all my other checks have cleared t mobile holds your bill and want to charge you late payment this has been going on for last 6 months now you have to call customer service goes to Philippines worst service can’t get any help, you can never get help from the United States the company is based here why can’t we get the customer service here this is were I signed up for service. NOT Philippines, I am frustrated and looking to switch my phone service with septum.
