Been using CCleaner for many years on multiple computers and cell phones. Always know that I can count on CCleaner to check the necessary areas for all the reasons the program was offered and sold. Not many programs can perform like CC because they keep wanting to add on additional services, etc. CCleaner, once you purchase, you know what you are getting, and it's ready to perform automatically or manually. Great program, Great price, and always great results! If you haven't tried it yet, get the free version, check it out, and you will be sold on getting the Pro Version asap. Do not upgrade to version 7 - totally useless.
Two weeks I have been waiting for a resolution to a problem with Software Updater despite being promised a resolution within 72 hours!
Multiple contacts with the AI support - no help what so ever. When you do get through on Live Chat Support says they will get back to you and never do.
CCleaner used to be a great product but now not fit for purpose and what is even worse nobody at the company seems to care.

Very disappointing support experience as a paying customer
I have been trying to contact CCleaner support for 3–4 days now without any success, even though I am a premium customer. The live chat does not work, the support links lead nowhere or to errors, and every email address I find either bounces or sends an automatic reply saying the inbox is not monitored.
As a paying user, this is unacceptable. I urgently request that CCleaner support contact me and provide a working communication channel so my issue can finally be resolved.

Absolute 'must have' program
Absolute 'must have' program! I've used it on all my PCs since its inception (used to have it on a 'floppy' & then a USB drive to use on PCs not my own). The best cleaner on the market.👍
