Brilliant service, next day delivery !!

Poor packaging on items over £1500 I believe this resulted in a damaged motherboard which they supposedly concluded was a bent pin due to customer user. During the returns process customer service was unable to answer basic questions. Competitive prices but doesn’t match the customer experience wouldn’t buy from them again.

Great Company, which I will use over and over again. This last order was fulfilled in full and on time and They gave me updates as my order was put together and tested.

They actually picked up the phone and gave me great advise. Item was shipped same day and arrived the next.
Based upon this experience I will make them my go to PC supplier.

just before prices went on the rise thanks to CCL Computers for having this sale. The delivery was on point and my server will be up sooner than originally scheduled... thank you CCL Computers.

Game over man. Terrible customer service. Wanted to return an unopened computer item, having just finished my computer build. Just buy from a company who cares about customer relations and avoid this seller.
Also enquired about what to do if an item was faulty (if this were to happen in the future) and was told to look at the website, rather than refer to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
A perfect example of how not to run a company.

Avoid using them! Have ordered multiple items and one of them was delivered at the main door next to the street claimed it was handed to me around noon whilst i was at work until late afternoon. I tried to get in contact with customer service. Got a reply somehow from Peter after 3days telling me to wait additional 7-14 working days. Not hearing from them i emailed them on the 13th day and again i got a reply to wait as they will look into it.

Used you for over 30 years. Keep on giving the good value product and service ! Thanks

Shocking. Sent me a damaged motherboard and then out right refused to deal with it. Refused to take any responsibility and not even a sniff at an exchange, repair and nevermind a refund. Won't be dealing with them again.
