Ordered a pre-built PC, which immediately dropped in price after paying - called up and this was rectified immediately, so props there.

Was advised I'd receive a confirmation e-mail, receipt/invoice e-mail, and update e-mails on when the order was ready to collect etc.
Nothing.

Skipping ahead, the PC is great, though missing 2x fans shown in the images of the product, which I have tried to address via the multiple available e-mail contact addresses - none of which reply, a separate one seems to be the group reply address, regardless of which is sent to - with zero acknowledgement of the issue, not even a response on that topic.

I have also chased for almost a week for the invoice/receipt, so that the 3x year warranty would actually be valid, and now, three different e-mail addresses later, I finally have a copy of it.

No apologies, no acknowledgement of missing items, which I've now bought separately - not from them - and installed myself in any case, and no attempts to rectify any perceived issues/customer relations.

To be fair, they have attempted a couple of times to get me the receipt - for whatever reason, their systems will not deliver to certain e-mail providers, it seems? Also, they are "unable" to post a copy to my address.
"Unwilling," I think, is the correct adjective there.

I can see that they are now actually "ChillBlast Ltd. trading as CCL", and this is only where I can assume the massive drop in customer service levels has come from, as they used to be a regular go-to PC parts shop for myself, friends, and even colleagues at work. But after asking around, I can see why they are now falling out of favour.

Again - PC seems fine so far; service... not so much, which is massively disappointing.

worst support i have ever experienced , i contacted them about a motherboard that become faulty a few months in as it was advertised with a warranty. support took 2 months to reject my request over " socket damage "( clearly a scummy tactic they use as the photos i sent had no socket damage this was later confirmed when i phoned up ) and the process carried on. 3 weeks later the motherboard was returned to me with the socket now heavily damaged . they then said this was my fault for poor packaging ( ccl confirmed the packaging was sufficient because they ask you to show the packaging before then even approve the return ). I'm 100% convinced a tech has damaged my board and this has now cost me over £200 for a board that doesn't work and has severe socket damage

First class service.
I had a slight problem with the order sequence and payment but a quick call to their sales support sorted it straight away.

Bought 2 Pixl monitors. On setup I found neither had the bolts to attach the feet to the stand, luckily I had a couple but never the less. Also missing was a stand end cap. On setup both looked superb but each had a full stop sized pixel error dead centre of screen; one was green the other red. Spoke to ccl and a fast collection was arranged and another pair shipped (ccl aren't the OEM). One of the new ones rear mounting bracket had been attached properly, obviously someone rushing - it happens, a piece was broken but nothing essential on its own, and neither did the mounting bolts come in the box. All good. CCL via one of their multiple Dan's were good all in all. Credit for the first pair arrived back on my card in few days, new ones shipped promptly. Ok was a bit dubious of monitors because of their issues. Very much worth CCL having their suppliers up their final QA checks - bit of AOQL never hurt anyone.

Paid for Sunday delivery at 2pm the previous day and all items received. Great service!

I had a very good experience with this company. I ordered a gaming PC and the process was simple and smooth. The order confirmation came quickly and the staff were helpful. Communication was clear and professional. Overall I’m happy with the service

I ordered thermal paste and paid delivery for next day.
Next day, 27th February, I was informed there was a problem and the shipment would be delayed.
Sadly, my order was never delivered. Even now still nothing in my post box. And I received no communication beyond the 27th.

High quality product that arrived timely and worked well

Ordered a Horizon Ryzen 5 RTX 5060 which was advertised as having a 2TB SSD.
It arrived with a 1TB SSD
Emailed customer service and got a reply that they would ship out a 2TB SSD and I can send back the 1TB SSD once I have copied over the data.
Order created in my account but it has been sitting in processed state for nearly 3 weeks! (Even though the SSD is available for next day dispatch according to the site)
My email asking for an update has not been followed up so still chasing their mistake.
I hope it never develops a fault because reading the reviews it will be problematic to resolve

Bought a "grade B" item for about half price and it's perfect as far as I can tell, very happy.

Product was as described at a reasonable price.
Delivery was prompt.

Speedy delivery and good prices. A;so a good guided buying guide to ensure you get all compatible parts needed for a new PC build.

CCL has been around many years and is one of my two choices for buying components. It's good being able to chat with a knowledgeable customer agent, when uncertain about a purchase.
I spend a lot of dosh on my rigs and upgrade them pretty frequently, very unlikely Amazon etc are as careful with sensitive components as specialists like CCL are. Very unlikely good advice when needed, isn't so easily available either.
CCL has very competitive prices too, i'd certainly miss them if they disappeared, glad they're still around.

My items arrived very quickly and in top condition via Courier. My order was correct and as I expected and at an excellent price. The items were well packed in a robust box to ensure a safe delivery. All the items worked out of the box to complete my build. I would recommend CCL Computers and will order from them again.
