Bought some B grade motherboards from CCL, unfortunately a couple of them were missing some items, which shouldn't be the case for B Grade, I called up and spoke to a guy called Daniel, he took the details of the items I were missing and advised he would contact me via email with an update. After around a week of Daniel contacting various departments, the missing part arrived.

Well done Daniel, now that is what I call customer support!

CCL however lose a star for allowing them to be shipped without the item in the first place, or categorising it incorrectly (C grade) missing parts.

Item exactly as described, well packaged. Good price and a quick delivery.

Ordered a pc from them in 2022, had 0 issues whatsoever, and this recent purchase was some upgrades for the pc, and once again, seemless. Will continue to order from these guys again for sure

CCL customer support is non-existent. I contacted them 8 days ago regarding a problem with the motherboard I bought, and there has been no response.

Update: 4 weeks days no response. I contacted the complaints team 2 weeks ago, no response.

Apart from a small hickup surronding my Server build and the Grapics card. All was eventually sorted out. My Machine is unning supper at the moment.

Superb service - would recommend. We ordered in two parts as my son was paying for part of his computer build himself.

There was clearly a delay in the monitor but instead of holding back the other bits he had ordered, they kindly included them in my main order which meant we could get the PC built and ready for when his monitor arrived.

Clearly someone really thought about that and it's just so refreshing getting that level of service. Thanks to whoever did that - was really appreciated.

Honestly, wouldn't go anywhere else now for PC bits.

I started ordering computer parts from CCL over 25 years ago, they have always been competitively priced and very efficient at delivering parts. I am very happy this has not changed and the recent parts ordered, pretty much a new PC were tested and promptly delivered, with everything working. The frequent updates on building and testing the motherboard/CPU combo was appreciated , would not hesitate to recommend CCL.

I recently picked up a new motherboard, RAM, and a case from CCL, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish.

The hardware itself is excellent value for money—exactly what I needed for a solid build without breaking the bank. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I realized I wouldn't be home for the weekday delivery, and CCL moved my shipping to a Saturday with no questions asked and zero hassle. It’s rare to find a retailer that is actually flexible with logistics these days.
