The CCPC offers a fantastic impartial…

The CCPC offers a fantastic impartial advisory service. Their advice is simple to understand. They provided clear steps on my right to cancel for non delivery and get a full refund within 14 days when dealing with 'ghosting' by a retailer.

Total waste of time as a regulator

Total waste of time as a regulator, will advise to go elsewhere like the ecc, but fails to regulate here at home.
Totally waste of tax payer money, along with there counterparts Advertising Standards Authority.

What a waste of taxpayers money.

What a waste of taxpayers money!!
They can only advise you the same as what you find online.
They can’t help and invoke any power to ensure the seller owns up to their responsibilities and refunds/ re issues your product.
ie Your new cooker breaks down. The providers customer service is diabolical. 5 weeks later and you’re still no closer to resolution. Then it’s going to take how long going down a legal route.
But you’re still without your cooker!

CCPC

CCPC, useless, just another useless lot of wasted tax payers money. Complained to them about, An Post, they, CCPC, just kept asking me for documents that did not exist. In my opinion they are afraid to tackle a state company like An Post, so when I could not provide what they kept looking for, because it did not exist, they have dropped everything. J.

Poor Irish people, left to struggle with no help

I have given 2 start because they picked the phone, no help no directing to sort a problem, it's a FUN JOB FOR LIFE, I wish to see this service back to work if they ever worked. this service don't help consumers with solicitors as they don't keep solicitors on records, Law Socity is the messege they were hired to tell victmes and good bye, This is a Joke - I don't wish to see you doing that to the people of Ireland.
