Excellent service, Steph was able to answer all my question on the webchat function of the website and advise on what DVR and HD requirements I needed for my camera solution.

As the website only had one of my chosen cameras available in Black or White, Steph was able to change my order to Grey and obtain matching colour Junction Boxes.

The only slight issue I had was the power supply cable for the DVR did not come with a UK 3 pin plug, however was easily changed

Had to return a camera for warranty, cctvtek dealt with it professional and got me a new unit sent out promptly.

Never had any issues with this company and always a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered and paid for goods from this Company. They did not deliver. I requested a refund and they refused even though I had not received the goods. I have now reported them to Trading Standards for not complying with The Consumer Rights Act of 2015. I suggest anyone else who has had similar problems (and there seems to be quite a few customers) to do the same. This Company should not be allowed to trade.

cctvtek have now responded to this review. Sadly all they have written is their standard response that they have been giving me for 3 weeks. They still refuse to give me a refund for the goods they did not deliver to me. Not good enough cctvtek. My contract was with you not DPD. You failed to deliver goods that I purchased and now you refuse to issue a refund. TRADING STANDARDS have been asked to investigate your poor practises.

The website made ordering very easy and kit arrived within a couple of days. Although there was an issue with a faulty hard drive, the matter was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
