Brought a game key that didn't work for £13.99 after 3days of emails to them they offered me £2 game credit don't buy from them plenty of other key sites really poor customer service

I usually buy call of duty coins on this site but this last time code said it went through and nothing asked for a refund and they keep saying it’s for
Call of duty that’s what I play but not for war zone I don’t play warzone and told CDKEYS but they keep saying the same thing not Refunding my money so you lost a good customer
Don’t waste your money they won’t refund your money keep saying things that don’t make sense so they don’t have to pay you back

Normally very good service but as time has gone on this has changed. I bought a copy of Borderlands 4 on 11th September at 9PM it being the pre-order edition I was under the impression I would receive the key so I was able to download the game early and then play at midnight (as I am on console). This was not the case as I was meet with a message saying "Available 12th September" which was odd as my friend had purchased this exact same edition 4 hours prior to me.

Reaching out to support they provided a link to a page on their website showing all the time zones releases. I thought sure I can wait till the 12th. When it got there I still didn't have my key. Contacting support they gave the same 'response' about keys in waves and I'll get it on the 12th (even tho it was).

9 and a half hours on from when I bought the key from them I still haven't received my key (so much for "instant delivery") which with everything that's gone on has lead me to believe they are selling game keys before they even have them. Which is a disgusting practice as, you guessed it, they have taken payment in full before they even had the product they were selling me.

Unbelievably disappointing service.

I bought an ms office retail license and after only 2 month the license has not been valid anymore. Stay away from this vendor!

Don’t buy from these guys. Utter scam. Bought game. It never appeared and they wouldn’t review as said code had already been redeemed. Terrible cust service.

Avoid. Never buy from them. I brought Minecraft dungeons for cdkeys today, received a code but it has already been redeemed for some reason. I have submitted a request for refund but no response yet.

I’ve always used CD Keys to purchase games far cheaper than buying direct from retailers. Great selection of content available, ordering is super easy and delivery is nearly always instant for me. Just make sure you select your country of origin to reduce complications. I’ve never had to contact customer service myself but heard good things from others. Highly recommend for saving a little when buying games from a trusted source!

Ordered games,top ups and specials many times for xbox,psn never had a problem. Top company excellent service and no worries about items getting lost or delayed in the post.

Have always worked in my experience. Difficult to use sometimes and needs better customer support.

They sell outdated codes.
I bought a code that includes digital goods only to find out that they are no longer available.
I provided CD keys with email proof from the developers of the game that I couldn't receive the digital items from the code because the said items no longer exist in the game itself.
But they still refused me a refund.

Avoid avoid avoid! Purchased a game went to download and it wouldn't work and they told me they are having issues and can't provide the game for some hours till they get it sorted! Absolute joke! U don't sell something u can't provide! It's fraud 101... AVOID!

Really dissapointed have used cd K for subs etc and had no problem..until now i bought a 3 month live key that just would not work, saying it was for the wrong region..granted i did get a refund ..but do wonder if this whole xbox live thing is finished now and microsoft are moving the goalposts...to get get members to buy into other subscription based services.

2 out of the three games purchased did not work.
They sent a code that had already been used.
They will reply once a day with a generic email not address the points.
These were cheap games so I purchased elsewhere and will probably never get a refund from cdkeys.

There are many keydealer" website, but this one is the just the worst! I have been purchasing keys from everywhere but cdkeys just keep letting me down. Last transaction where my money was taken but again no friend request as no gifted game either. G2A eneba and many others are just doing perfectly fine. Cdkeys is worthless

Saved 80 dollars and got gta 5 for 9 dollars, would recommend

Total waste of time been 2 weeks and still withholding my money and no game or code keep getting emails oh we are sorry you are top priority and still nothing wont use again if could put no star i would avoid

My son gave me his money for me to order an online code for a game he wanted.....short and obvious story, the code didn't work. Got one email saying try this, try that none of which worked. I've ended up going through my bank to try and get the money back!! These thieves should be investigated and closed down!! DONT BUY OF THESE, YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

This is a company designed to scam unsuspecting individuals. I bought a Microsoft 365 account. They obviously have a corporation account. It looked legit. Until 2 months later all my data is gone from my OneDrive. I’ve contacted the company who are telling me to contact Microsoft. But Microsoft rightly say the agreement is between CDKeys and Microsoft. Avoid this company. (aka CJCD Keys. Watch out for both companies trading under different names).

Terrible company, don’t use just take your money then make you jump through hops to get it back, waste of time

This is ridiculous it’s says instant delivery I’ve been waiting 3 hour I’ve tried ringing them no answer tried contacting customer support no answer DO NOT BUY OFF THEM
