support is useless. support system as well. need to open several tickets for one little issue and need to explain everything from the start all over again and in the end, nothing was solved. I gave up after 6 requests. They did not want to take care of it. Standard copy and paste answers.

Edit after your reply: and that is the point! It should not be refunded. The package was supposed to be resent to me. I want the product, not the money back! I contacted the support several Times about it.

Be ware of this website. They offer high vouchers and free delivery to new customer and then cancel the orders without any reason. Good way to get funding. Don't be scammed.

I made an order and I got prompted to try their VIP service 6 day free trial, I agreed. When I wanted to unsubscribe I couldn't ! reaching customer support is a mission impossible, 1 hour later they cancelled my order without providing me any reason. FINALLY, I was able to contact their support on Whatsapp, their reply without answering my question or my concerns and they reply once every 1-2 hours! what a nightmare, never ordering anything again from them

I was selling products and putting money in they paid the first time the second Time ,Cdiscount took all my mom and said im doing fraud...they need to be reported

C discount is really Nice platflorm , I order from France and the quality of Goods are really same .

Placed an order 20th November 2024 order number #4453, ignored email and several track my order messages, absolutely scam of a website, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered and paid for a vacuum cleaner €237 with 48 hour delivery. Order number Reference: 356135437 - 2411241529W17V1
The delivery date passed a week ago no update still says processing.
Contacted c discount who chased up but received no response. Now c discount are ignoring my messages via what's app and customer messages!
Thank you for your reply however customer service have not chased this up! The seller was given 48 hours to respond from last Friday 29th nothing has happened since that date

I made a purchase on 20th November and received confirmation of my order as well as the money being taken from my account. I have yet to receive my order and despite using the support@ email address TWICE asking for an update i haven't received a response. £40 out of pocket and extremely disappointed

Completely dishonest business practices.

This site are not serious about the order. I bought a ups, came late and broken!
And return of the product was very complicated. They almost don’t want to return and asked me to send the photo of the product plus box of the product etc.
I don’t recommend this site

offers are great BUT website has become very tricky with lots of hidden details included in a perfectly planned design, please stop doing that, make clear product titles, make the title update according to the specs you choose inside your product buying page (for example displaying a price tag that is for the lowest grade version but making the title make you think its for the high spec one)

Applied discounts disappeared while paying

I ordered a Lego set yesterday at their site, only because there were two discounts. One of 11€ because it was the 11th of November and one of 10€ because it was my first order. They were allowed to be used together so that convinced me to order. The amount was correct when I selected the payment type but now I see that the full amount without discount was taken from my bankaccount.
I was finally able to reach them on Facebook but they simply say that their computer shows what price I paid and there is nothing they can do which is not correct because they can easily identify me as a first-time customer and I sent them a screenshot of the second discount which they should also be aware of since it was only yesterday.
Very disappointed first-time and last-time customer. Don’t trust their discounts! And do not expect any help.
Now my only hope is that the box at least arrives in good condition because reading the comments they do not in half of the cases.
Al in all, I should never have ordered with them and I recommend against doing so.

A site that is not characterized by transparency in reviewing its customers' opinions

I recently purchased a virtual product, and I gave a bad rating because of the mistreatment I was subjected to by the seller, and he was also very late in delivering the product.

I expressed my rating normally, and today I received a message from the customer review department telling me that my rating was rejected.

This is bad, and does not reflect the integrity of the seller or the site in accepting critical opinions. They accept positive reviews for the purpose of misleading.

I posted on social media about the issue and it became clear to me that a number of Cdiscount users were robbed [products that they did not receive] and support is not responding either. A large number of them said that Cdiscount rejects negative ratings.

J’ai commander un iphone 13 pro il y a une semaine. J’ai mit en excellent état l’état de la batterie n’étais qu’à 84% quand je les reçu. Il s’est mit à beuguer et la plus d’image. L’écran est noir impossible de l’allumer. J’appelle un conseiller de Cdiscount pour lui demander de m’en n’envoyer un autre ou bien de me rembourser il me dit qu’il ne peux rien faire que c’est de ma faute. Conseiller pas du tous aimable. Je ne vous conseil pas ce site.

My experience with Cdiscount is generally good. It is much better than many e-commerce companies and solves my needs. I am very grateful, but it would be better if some details could be improved.

Until everything is doing fine until I hit there secret lucky order and ask me to recharge the account for $2,263.35 so they can unfrozen the account I just wanna this is not some sort of scam
Can someone give an advice
